Skillvance has been operating for over 17 years and is also a Registered Training Organisation (No.91066). We work in both government and private enterprises in education, training and development, and consulting. All associates are extremely capable, experienced and accredited by the appropriate authorities working in complementary and specialist areas.

We assist organisations to improve work practices and safety in building, manufacturing and service industries, developing safety and consultative structures as well as assisting in implementation. With the new Work Health & Safety (WHS) legislation taking effect from 1st January, we are currently assisting many companies and organisations understand the changes applicable to their work practices and places. 

The new WorkCover Health and Safety Representatives Course (Bridging or the full 5 day course), supersede the old Course in OHS Consultation or WorkCover OHS Consultation Course.

The new legislation brings no change to the nationally accredited White Card Course (OHS White Card Induction, Green card, National OHS White Card)) which is a mandatory requirement for any person before they start work in any construction activity in Australia.
