Skillvance has been operating as a company for over 15 years and is also a Registered Training Organisation (No.91066). Mal Brumfield, the founder and director, has worked in both government and private enterprise in education, training and development, and consulting. All associates are extremely capable, experienced and accredited by the appropriate authorities working in complementary and specialist areas.

We assist companies to improve work practices and safety in building, manufacturing and service industries, developing safety and consultative structures as well as assisting in implementation. Our purpose at all times is to fulfill the specific requirements of each individual client and we are dedicated to the continuous improvement of both the individual and the company they serve.

As an RTO, we can assist you with training in the OHS White card induction course (also known as the white card course, white card training, green card, national OHS white card or induction white card) which is a mandatory requirement for any person before they start work in any construction activity in Australia under National Health and Safety laws. We have 4 training venues in Sydney and Canberra - Penrith, Blacktown, Narellan & Queanbeyan (incl. Thursday pm & Saturday).

As an RTO, we also train the Course in OHS Consultation, (the old WorkCover OHS Consultation Course) as both a public course and for individual companies. For all other courses or services, please contact the office for information, dates and availability.
